When The Estate were approached for further comment - they have sent this in response -
Fake. It seems as though some stores (reputable at that) are picking up on the bootleg cover and creating a 'placeholder'. So far, there has not even been any official announcement stating that a physical release will occur (although it's highly likely). It's worth noting from their response above though - they've stated that they haven't seen any official art 'yet' - inferring that we will be getting something?
Let's see. More to come.

I hope this isn't real. The design is terrible.. Not as classy as the T25 branding.
